Terms of Use

By installing or using KeepOne (the "App") from AIoT Solutions ("we"), you agree to the terms below. If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where they conflict, these terms prevail to the extent Apple allows.
1. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
2. What the App does
The App finds duplicate, near-duplicate and low-quality photos in your library, proposes which one to keep, and deletes photos when you ask it to. The App only finds and suggests suspicious photos; every proposal (duplicate groups, the photo to keep, blurry, dark or shaken photos…) is an algorithmic result and may be wrong. Deleting is entirely your decision and your responsibility.
3. Your responsibility when deleting
- You decide which photos to delete. The App never deletes on its own.
- Review the deletion queue before pressing delete. After you confirm the operating system's dialog, recovery depends on the operating system (iOS: "Recently Deleted" for 30 days) and on whether you keep a backup.
- With iCloud Photos, deleting on this device deletes on every device that shares the account.
- We recommend keeping a backup of your photo library before cleaning in bulk.
4. No warranty
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not warrant that the App is error-free, uninterrupted, or that it identifies every duplicate or poor photo correctly.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of photos or data, or for indirect damages, arising from use of the App, including photos deleted at your request.
6. Privacy
The App collects no data. See the Privacy Policy inside the App.
7. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the App contrary to this licence and the app store's rules.
8. Termination
This licence ends when you uninstall the App or breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
